Finished up with her early Sin City birthday bash, Kim Kardashian made the cross-country flight back to New York City on Saturday (October 16).
Joined by sister Kourtney and her son Mason Disick, the trio cheerfully trekked through JFK Airport to resume work on their new spinoff reality show.
Tweeting to her 5+ million followers upon touching down in the Big Apple, Kim wrote, "Back in NYC! What a night! I love all of my friends SO much! I have a feeling 30's are gonna be the best ever!"
As for the trip to Las Vegas, Kim was joined by sisters Kourtney and Khloe, mom Kris Jenner and brother Robert, as well as many friends, as she partied it up at Tao Las Vegas to celebrate her 30th birthday - which is on October 21st.
